HX28 Parent House Feed Controller

The HX28 controls the feeding system of a parent stock style house.

The HX28 controls:

• Silo Weight - measurement of up to 2 independant silos via 2 groups of load cells.
• Cockeral feed line - maximum of 2 feed lines.
• Pullet feed Line.
• Feeding line winch system(s) - indepentant control of both the cockeral and pullet feed line winches.
• Water dosage - monitoring water consumption via water meter.
• Lighting - maximum of 2 lighting groups, indepentantly controlled.
• System Alarms.

Operating Program

The feed is distributed to the birds at a preset quantity per bird per day, which is individually set for the cockerals and the pullets. The feed lines can be raised during the distribution period and lowered again once distribution is complete.

Lighting Control

Up to 2 groups of lights can be switched on or off at preset times (maximum 2 cycles per day).

When distribution commences the lights can be switched off whilst the feed systems is filled and switched back on when complete.

Feeding Line Control

The feed lines are raised during the distribution period and lowered once distribution is complete. The pullets feed lines can be controlled on a timer basis.

Water Management

Water distribution is programmable (maximum 2 cycles per day) and consumption is recorded by water meter. It is possible for the HX28 to provide an alarm for minimum and maximum water consumption.
